13 years ago, Joni, mother to three children suffered an immense loss with the sudden passing of her husband Greg. This left her in a financially insecure state. Afraid and unsure of the next step, Joni found herself with an opportunity to work on a small demolition project. In turn, she opened and incorporated AMG Demolition in November of 2008.

Joni has put her hard work, dedication and perseverance to build the company into the successful company that is well known and respected today. She is most proud of her three children who has sacrificed time with their mother growing up to have AMG Demolition Inc. built up to what you see today. Her oldest daughter works alongside her at AMG as Project Coordinator. Her son was able to see Joni’s work ethic first hand and thus completed college and opened an exterminating firm of his own. Her youngest daughter currently holds a Masters Degree in Sociology and is going for her PhD.

Her professional accomplishments have truly benefited many lives. For the first 8 years of the business, building AMG was Joni’s top priority and full focus. AMG Demolition is a true family business and employs  some of which were on staff from the very beginning and continued to grow with us.
